Cardio Cardio is cardiovascular exercise. Cardiovascular health relates to the health of the heart and blood vessels.You don’t need to go to the gym for hours your body just needs to move for 30 minutes a day is good enough to improve your health in your heart. It is important to work out your heart because it adds more years to your life and it improves your heart with every exercise.
There are lots of activities that have benefits to your hearts. If you want a high intensity for 30 minutes then you should do stair climbing, basketball , soccer and heavy yard work. I can help my heart by doing workouts . I can live a healthier life by eating more fruits and work out in a regular day bases.
I should cut down on sweets and eats less cup of noodles. During my vacation I am going to be running with the explorers and cross country. For the explorers we are having a competition so we need to be preparing for that and cross country season is doing to start so I have to be prepared for that too.
